The company will not entertain any pre-order from Customers.<\/p><p><b>6) Return &amp; Exchange Policy<\/b><\/p><p>Refunds of Product(s) purchased is subject to the Company approval. Customer needs to complete the Return &amp; Exchange form and submit to the company within 14 days for investigation.<\/p><p>For any enquiry may refer to Customer Service @ +6011-131 739 41.<\/p><p>The Company will bear the re-delivery costs if the product falls under below condition.<\/p><ul><li>Customers have received defective product(s) or expired products.<\/li><li>Customers have received the incorrect product(s) from order.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>The exchange and return products must be returned in its original condition. All defective products are subject to further investigation. The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange or return product. It is at Customer\u2019s own cost to return the product for exchanged or refund.<\/p><p>Customers are strongly advised to check the Product purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute.<\/p><p>All replacement product(s) for defective or wrong product(s) will delivery on the next delivery schedule.<\/p><p>The Company reserves the right to collect, and the Customers shall be obliged to return, a Product that was not part of the Customer&#8217;s order which is delivered to the Customers by mistake.<\/p><p><b>7) Delivery &amp; Delivery Charges Policy<\/b><\/p><p>Delivery for all orders from the Company is only valid within Malaysia ONLY. Delivery to Customer(s) is made to homes or offices with valid addresses.<\/p><p>Delivery fees is subject to the order weight and delivery address. You may check the delivery fees after add cart and before making payment.<\/p><p>All ordered products are generally dispatched to Customer(s) according to the estimated Time Frame as below;<\/p><ol><li>Klang Valley Area: within 3 Business Working Days*<\/li><li>West Malaysia: within 3 &#8211; 5 Business Working Days*<\/li><li>East Malaysia: within 7 Business Working Days*<\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>Due to unpredictable circumstances, there are possibilities of delay in delivery. Customers are advised to track their order from the tracking number provided by the Company from time to time. Should there be any undelivered order, kindly contact Customer Service at +6011-131 739 41<\/p><p>* \u201cWorking Day\u201d refers to the Company\u2019s Operation days, which is from Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays or any blackout (non-operation) dates imposed by the Company. There will be no delivery service on Saturday, Sundays &amp; Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by the Company. Should the date of order falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the following working day shall apply.<\/p><p>The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of an order if it has any doubt whatsoever as to the Customer&#8217;s credit worthiness or if the payment is not effective for any reason whatsoever.<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>8) Variation &amp; Cancellation of Order<\/b><\/p><p>The Company may cancel Customer\u2019s order if the Product is not available for any reason. The Company will notify Customer and return any payment that have made by Customer.<\/p><p>The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point of time prior proceeding to the payment page. By verifying the payment page means the order is being processed and the Customer has paid.<\/p><p>Cancellation is subjected to case-to-case basis reviews and subjected to delivery time frame. Orders which are delivered may NOT be cancelled.<\/p><p>The Company requires up to 14 Working Days to process a Cancelled Order.
