Ensure that work are maintained and aligned to the company\u2019s guideline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Maintains and accurately update customer\u2019s feedback, issue and resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Maintain a good relationship with the customer and able to take ownership &amp; proactively helping on customer needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Accurately and diligently process all incoming related documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Ensure all other related duties as directed by superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Proactive attitude, disciplined, organized, pay attention to details and able to multi-task<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested\/required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Work independently with minimum supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">Proactive in feedback to superior from time to time on the operations or system challenge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">To perform other job assignments that may be required by company from time to time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Accurately process orders from customer.
