{"id":484,"date":"2024-02-26T15:41:08","date_gmt":"2024-02-26T15:41:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propbuddies.com\/?p=484"},"modified":"2024-02-26T15:43:01","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T15:43:01","slug":"hr-admin-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propbuddies.com\/zh\/hr-admin-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"HR &#038; Admin Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilites<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and guide the HR team in various functions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; Implement HR policies to support the delivery of key business objectives including employee retention &amp; engagement, company revenue generation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; Implement company policies to promote a healthy work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure compliance of HR policies and practices with local labor rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead annual KPIs and performance appraisal exercise of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage budgets for recruitment, training and development and monitor overall monthly costing for each project.<\/li>\n<li>Counsel, make recommendations and take constructive disciplinary actions under the human relations policy and procedures of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as Company\u2019s representative in Industrial\/Labour Court<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate &amp; administer HR and Admin management reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.<\/li>\n<li>Implement rewards &amp; performance management initiatives, compensation &amp; benefits strategy, and conduct market survey for the industry, as well as to support business expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely processing of payroll cycles, including payroll, compensation &amp; benefits, leave administration, learning &amp; development, HR administration, employee &amp; industrial relations, and present monthly reports to the Management.<\/li>\n<li>Support day-today HR operations and undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or the Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements: &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must posses at least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, team-work and an analytical problem solver.<\/li>\n<li>Well versed with Malaysia Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge in payroll software, statutory payments, claims and income tax deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Tech savvy and a fast learner, able to work under minimum supervision,<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilites Oversee and guide the HR team in various functions.
