Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1) Terms of use
All products sold by PROP BUDDIES SDN BHD (the Company) are bound by the following Terms & Conditions. By accessing this website, you confirm that you have understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, which are subjected to modifications and amendments at any time without prior notice.
The Customer ensures that all information he/she is required to provide is at all times true, current, complete and accurate. The Company reserves the right to amend all Terms and Conditions, including charges and fees, Product prices, order and payment modes and return policy, in its sole discretion at any time and date via updating the website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the prevailing Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order on this website.
2) Privacy Policy
Customers, visitors, users, members, and others who use this website or other web sites owned or operated by the Company are governed by this Privacy Policy. By using or accessing this website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We recognize that your privacy is very important to you and to most people who use the Internet. Our privacy policy is detailed below and we suggest that you read it thoroughly. This policy may change from time to time and all changes will be posted here on this website. When so posted, they shall become effective immediately. It is your duty to monitor the changes posted. This policy addresses the information we collect, how we use it, how to correct or change it, and how we protect and store it. We collect personal information and we use that information mainly to help us understand your needs so that we may serve you better. 3) Registration Obligation
You shall provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the enquiry forms. You shall maintain and promptly update your data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
4) Payment Policy
All online transaction in the Company is valid inside of Malaysia only. Currency of transaction is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The Company accepts payment via Visa, Master credit/debit cards, FPX and E-Wallet only.
5) Product Policy
All orders are subject to SST and stock availability. The company will not entertain any pre-order from Customers.
6) Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds of Product(s) purchased is subject to the Company approval. Customer needs to complete the Return & Exchange form and submit to the company within 14 days for investigation.

The Company will bear the re-delivery costs if the product falls under below condition.
- Customers have received defective product(s) or expired products.
- Customers have received the incorrect product(s) from order.
The exchange and return products must be returned in its original condition. All defective products are subject to further investigation. The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange or return product. It is at Customer’s own cost to return the product for exchanged or refund.
Customers are strongly advised to check the Product purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute.
All replacement product(s) for defective or wrong product(s) will delivery on the next delivery schedule.
The Company reserves the right to collect, and the Customers shall be obliged to return, a Product that was not part of the Customer’s order which is delivered to the Customers by mistake.
7) Delivery & Delivery Charges Policy
Delivery for all orders from the Company is only valid within Malaysia ONLY. Delivery to Customer(s) is made to homes or offices with valid addresses.
Delivery fees is subject to the order weight and delivery address. You may check the delivery fees after add cart and before making payment.
All ordered products are generally dispatched to Customer(s) according to the estimated Time Frame as below;
- Klang Valley Area: within 3 Business Working Days*
- West Malaysia: within 3 – 5 Business Working Days*
- East Malaysia: within 7 Business Working Days*
Due to unpredictable circumstances, there are possibilities of delay in delivery. Customers are advised to track their order from the tracking number provided by the Company from time to time. Should there be any undelivered order, kindly contact Customer Service at +6011-131 739 41
* “Working Day” refers to the Company’s Operation days, which is from Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays or any blackout (non-operation) dates imposed by the Company. There will be no delivery service on Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by the Company. Should the date of order falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the following working day shall apply.
The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of an order if it has any doubt whatsoever as to the Customer’s credit worthiness or if the payment is not effective for any reason whatsoever.
8) Variation & Cancellation of Order
The Company may cancel Customer’s order if the Product is not available for any reason. The Company will notify Customer and return any payment that have made by Customer.
The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point of time prior proceeding to the payment page. By verifying the payment page means the order is being processed and the Customer has paid.
Cancellation is subjected to case-to-case basis reviews and subjected to delivery time frame. Orders which are delivered may NOT be cancelled.
The Company requires up to 14 Working Days to process a Cancelled Order. Payment will be made via bank transfer based on the name of the purchasing name ONLY.
9) Limitation of Liabilities
The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of whatever description nor shall the Company be liable for any damage or loss caused by the Customer’s servants, agents, buyers or other persons whatsoever.
Both the Company and its delivery contractor shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of Products after delivery.
