With more than a decade as a life planner, he rose to leadership positions in four major direct-selling companies, consistently delivering outstanding sales performance while building high-impact teams.
His name became legendary in the industry when he shattered a 40-year company sales record within just three months — a feat once considered impossible. Driven by a mindset that thrives on challenges and breakthroughs, he went on to redefine limits and set new benchmarks that inspired many to follow.

A graduate of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), he chose an unconventional path by stepping into the highly challenging world of direct-selling, where he built his foundation in leadership and performance.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Boss Heng has consistently delivered outstanding results, generating annual sales exceeding 20 million while developing high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has successfully groomed more than 99 independent leaders, including over 20 crown-level leaders, establishing himself as a true architect of leadership development.
His strategic mindset, consistent performance, and ability to produce results at scale earned him recognition at the highest levels, including serving as a committee member involved in key company decision-making.
